These terms govern the rental of vehicles from Luxury Rent A Car & Tours. By submitting a booking request, you agree to provide accurate identification and contact details, and to use rented vehicles responsibly and in accordance with applicable traffic laws.

Bookings are confirmed by our team following submission and are not guaranteed until confirmed. Payment is settled offline via the method selected at booking (cash, bank transfer, or mobile wallet) — no online payment is collected through this site.

Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to availability and may be managed from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team directly.

Luxury Rent A Car & Tours reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at its discretion, including in cases of incomplete information or suspected misuse.
